SPINT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K1, RAB11A, and SBDS. Each is linked with SPINT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K1 grouped by SPINT2-low versus SPINT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
