SPINT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, Lck, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with SPINT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by SPINT2-low versus SPINT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
