SPINK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1264P, MIR100, and TRIM49C. Each is linked with SPINK8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK8-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1264P grouped by SPINK8-low versus SPINK8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
