SPINK7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,852 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with SPINK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK7-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINK7 versus SPECC1L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.19.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
