SPINK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP8, TSPY8, and TSPY12P. Each is linked with SPINK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK7-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP8 grouped by SPINK7-low versus SPINK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
