SPINK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P8, USH2A-AS1, and HNRNPA1P73. Each is linked with SPINK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK6-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P8 grouped by SPINK6-low versus SPINK6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
