SPINK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7845, RN7SKP286, and SUN5. Each is linked with SPINK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK4-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7845 grouped by SPINK4-low versus SPINK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
