SPIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCC, HNRNPA1P14, and ZFP37. Each is linked with SPIN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIN1 versus FANCC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
