Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,486 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein monoubiquitination, Regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SPIN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN1 results are reported.
