SPICE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPICE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPICE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRLF1, SYTL2, and ROPN1L. Each is linked with SPICE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPICE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPICE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPICE1 versus CRLF1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPICE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPICE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
