SPICE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPICE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 327 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPICE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy, Nuclear mRNA surveillance, and Mesenchymal to epithelial transition. Each is linked with SPICE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPICE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPICE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy grouped by SPICE1-low versus SPICE1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPICE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPICE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
