Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, DOCK2, and FNBP1. Each is linked with SPIB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIB-to-partner and partner-to-SPIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIB versus BTK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
