Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, RPL13P, and SLC25A15P1. Each is linked with SPIB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIB-to-partner and partner-to-SPIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by SPIB-low versus SPIB-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
