Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, eEF2, and GATA6. Each is linked with SPIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIB-to-partner and partner-to-SPIB results are reported.
