Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIB protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Dabrafenib, Shikonin, and 765771. Each is linked with SPIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIB-to-partner and partner-to-SPIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dabrafenib grouped by SPIB-low versus SPIB-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
