SPI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,273 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, TNFAIP8L2, and TYROBP. Each is linked with SPI1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPI1-to-partner and partner-to-SPI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPI1 versus RASAL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
