Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8L2, LST1, and GRAP2. Each is linked with SPI1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPI1-to-partner and partner-to-SPI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPI1 versus TNFAIP8L2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
