Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, CCDC42, and MBD3L2. Each is linked with SPI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPI1-to-partner and partner-to-SPI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by SPI1-low versus SPI1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
