SPHKAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPHKAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 519 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPHKAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, NOVA1, and FANCD2. Each is linked with SPHKAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPHKAP-to-partner and partner-to-SPHKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by SPHKAP-low versus SPHKAP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPHKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPHKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
