Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPHK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,814 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPHK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, CD276, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with SPHK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPHK1-to-partner and partner-to-SPHK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPHK1 versus MXRA5 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPHK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPHK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
