SPG21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPG21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,203 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPG21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF609, PRDM1_S272, and RCN2. Each is linked with SPG21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG21-to-partner and partner-to-SPG21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPG21 versus ZNF609 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPG21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPG21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
