Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPG21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,589 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPG21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA import into nucleus, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Tricarboxylic acid cycle. Each is linked with SPG21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG21-to-partner and partner-to-SPG21 results are reported.
