SPEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,501 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT140, IFT74, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with SPEF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEF2-to-partner and partner-to-SPEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEF2 versus IFT140 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
