SPEF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,526 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT140, RABL2A, and CCDC191. Each is linked with SPEF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEF2-to-partner and partner-to-SPEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEF2 versus IFT140 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
