Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,146 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with SPEF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEF2-to-partner and partner-to-SPEF2 results are reported.
