SPEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,207 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPGT, USP45, and BEND2. Each is linked with SPEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEF2-to-partner and partner-to-SPEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FPGT grouped by SPEF2-low versus SPEF2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
