Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,427 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB1, CFAP91, and C6orf118. Each is linked with SPEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEF1-to-partner and partner-to-SPEF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEF1 versus BPIFB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
