Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPECC1P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPECC1P2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SPECC1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPECC1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where SPECC1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
