SPECC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPECC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,303 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPECC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPECC1_S241, SPECC1_S361, and SPECC1_S914. Each is linked with SPECC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPECC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPECC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1 versus SPECC1_S241 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPECC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPECC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
