Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPECC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPECC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL24A1, FAP, and SFRP4. Each is linked with SPECC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPECC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPECC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1 versus COL24A1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPECC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPECC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
