Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPECC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,649 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPECC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Golgi vesicle transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with SPECC1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPECC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPECC1 results are reported.
