SPDYE6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,411 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, BUD31, and EIF4A3. Each is linked with SPDYE6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE6-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE6 versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
