Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-461P, RAC1P6, and RNU6-929P. Each is linked with SPDYE6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE6-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-461P grouped by SPDYE6-low versus SPDYE6-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
