SPDYE6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDYE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE2B, SPDYE2, and POLR2J2. Each is linked with SPDYE6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE6-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE6 versus SPDYE2B in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
