Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDYE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,442 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with SPDYE6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE6-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE6 results are reported.
