SPDYE5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,044 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LSM4, RCSD1_S68, and MEPCE. Each is linked with SPDYE5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE5-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE5 versus LSM4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
