Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDYE5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with SPDYE5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE5-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE5 results are reported.
