Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPDYE4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SPDYE4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPDYE4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, DLBC, and READ are the cancer types where SPDYE4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
