Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,367 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with SPDYE2B in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE2B-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by SPDYE2B-low versus SPDYE2B-high in STAD.
