SPDYE21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSBN1L, GTF2I, and PPIG. Each is linked with SPDYE21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE21-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE21 versus RSBN1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
