SPDYC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, p70-S6K_pT389, and VHL. Each is linked with SPDYC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYC-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
