Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of sister chromatid segregation, Negative regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Negative regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with SPDL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of sister chromatid segregation grouped by SPDL1-low versus SPDL1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
