SPDL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC1L, TTLL8, and WDR87. Each is linked with SPDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOC1L grouped by SPDL1-low versus SPDL1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
