Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,188 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBP2, ZNF14, and ALDH3B2. Each is linked with SPDL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDL1 results are reported.
