SPDEF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,708 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSMB, TSPAN1, and C9orf152. Each is linked with SPDEF in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDEF-to-partner and partner-to-SPDEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDEF versus MSMB in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
