SPDEF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,529 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDEF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLPH, AGR2, and TC2N_S156. Each is linked with SPDEF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDEF-to-partner and partner-to-SPDEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDEF versus MLPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
