Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDEF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,776 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRE, XBP1, and BMP7. Each is linked with SPDEF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDEF-to-partner and partner-to-SPDEF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDEF versus GABRE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
