Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPCS3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPCS3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SPCS3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPCS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and MESO are the cancer types where SPCS3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
