SPCS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,075 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COQ6, NUCB2, and TIMM8A. Each is linked with SPCS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPCS3 versus COQ6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
