Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,242 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPCS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, SPCS1, and SPCS2. Each is linked with SPCS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPCS3 versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
